Welcome to WaifuDreams. These Terms of Service govern your use of waifudreams.com and its gallery, account, community, and related features. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Accounts
You may browse much of WaifuDreams without an account. Some features, including persistent favorites, ratings, profile features, and connected services, may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Please provide accurate information and do not impersonate another person or organization.
2. Artwork and AI-generated content
WaifuDreams is an art gallery that may include artwork created or modified with artificial-intelligence tools. AI-generated content can be imperfect, fictional, stylized, or unexpected. Titles, descriptions, tags, collections, and content ratings are provided to organize and describe the gallery and may be changed or corrected over time.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, access to artwork on WaifuDreams does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce, sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the artwork or site assets.
3. Content ratings and adult material
The gallery may contain content with different audience ratings, including mature or adult material. Rating labels are intended as navigation and access controls, but no classification system is perfect. You are responsible for following applicable laws and for choosing content appropriate for you. Where WaifuDreams requires an adult-content confirmation, you must meet the applicable age requirement before accessing that material.
4. Community features
WaifuDreams may allow users to save favorites, rate artwork, post comments, create profiles, or use similar community features. Do not submit unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, deceptive, privacy-invasive, malicious, or spam content, and do not use the site to violate another person's rights.
Comments and other user-submitted material may be moderated, hidden, or removed when reasonably necessary to protect the site, its users, or its operation.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break into accounts or administrative areas, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, overload the site, distribute malware, scrape the site in a manner that disrupts its operation, or use automated systems to abuse ratings, favorites, comments, or other features. Security testing is not authorized without prior permission.
6. Patreon and third-party services
WaifuDreams may allow you to connect a Patreon account. Patreon is a separate service governed by Patreon's own terms and privacy practices. Connecting Patreon may allow WaifuDreams to receive information you authorize Patreon to share, such as identity, email, or membership information, for account connection and supporter features.
WaifuDreams does not receive your Patreon password. Connecting or disconnecting Patreon does not transfer ownership of your WaifuDreams account to Patreon. Third-party services may change, become unavailable, or impose their own requirements.
7. Intellectual property and rights concerns
WaifuDreams respects intellectual-property and other legal rights. If you believe material on the site infringes rights you own or are authorized to enforce, contact the site owner with enough information to identify the material and explain the concern. Good-faith reports will be reviewed and appropriate action may be taken.
8. Site availability and changes
WaifuDreams is an independently operated site and may change over time. Features, artwork, accounts, integrations, or portions of the service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued. Maintenance, technical failures, security events, or circumstances outside the site's control may temporarily interrupt access.
9. Account restrictions
Access may be limited or an account may be suspended or disabled when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, unlawful activity, repeated violations of these Terms, or threats to the operation of WaifuDreams. Where practical, the response may be limited to the affected feature or account.
10. Disclaimer
WaifuDreams is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that every feature, description, content rating, third-party integration, or piece of artwork will always be accurate, available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WaifuDreams and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Privacy
Your use of WaifuDreams is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains the site's collection and use of information.
13. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as WaifuDreams changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when the Terms are revised. Continued use of the site after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
